Refunds

The trial exists so nobody pays before they have heard it work. If you pay and it still isn't right for you, this is how refunds work.

Within 14 days of paying

Ask, and you get a full refund. No reason needed. Reply to your receipt email, which comes from Paddle, our payment provider, or write to us.

After that

Cancel any time and the subscription simply doesn't renew. Everything already on the tape stays there and keeps playing; only new recordings stop when the paid period ends.

If something broke

If the service didn't work for a stretch of time, tell us and we will put it right — usually by extending your subscription, or by refunding the affected period if you'd rather.
